Social Media Manager
(FULLY REMOTE POSITION)
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for increasing brand awareness & exposure through social media platforms across the US. You will be responsible for creating & executing social media strategies across our various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, and more.
Success Criteria
We are looking for someone who is as creative as they are analytical, and someone who is plugged into the latest content trends and isn’t afraid to think outside of the box. More than just attracting potential new customers and engaging with our existing customers, the Social Media Manager will analyze data to determine which initiatives work best and capitalize on this information to continue to help scale our business.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage all social media channels/pages including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Create and implement social media strategies that align with company sales objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns, including content creation.
- Optimize all social media efforts for reach and engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels and posts.
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers or followers
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team on holistic 360° marketing campaigns.
- Provide guidance to Sales Team representatives for strategic social media groups.
- Monitor latest social media trends, stay aware of new social media platforms, and best content practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-4 years of experience creating and executing social media strategies (including content creation) and managing social media pages.
- Expert knowledge in community building.
- Prior knowledge of Affiliate Marketing and e-Commerce is a valuable asset.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Prior media buying experience is a valuable asset.
- Experience with social media management tools, such as Sprout Social.
- Relevant experience determining a target audience and crafting unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.

Before you start, we will provide you with all necessary working materials - including sending you office equipment, such as a laptop, to your home.
You’ll start with two weeks of remote onboarding to get you fully set up. We will provide you with everything you need to be successful!
