Technical Compliance Writer
(Fully Remote position)
The Technical Writer is responsible for writing easy-to-understand and point knowledge base articles tailored to the needs of vendors and affiliates in the US market for our software products. They’re also accountable for continuously editing and revising content to ensure users have the best possible experience with the evolution of digital products.

Success Criteria
The Technical Writer must have background knowledge of technology platforms and languages, with the expectation of Affiliate/E-commerce knowledge and showcasing technical writing professional experience.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Produces user-friendly documentation for our software products according to defined quality standards and helps create courses for our certified program and onboardings.
- Maintains functionality of documentation; ensuring links are operative
- Fulfills requests and improvements from team and customers
- Creates scripts for tutorials related to documentation articles
- Uses relevant keywords in documentation articles to ensure articles are comprehensive and accessible (within the documentation and google search).
- Showcases knowledge and passion for teaching/explaining to other people, affiliate marketing and internet technologies.
- Stays informed in regards to user feedback and internal developments
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a technical writer; E-commerce/Affiliate Marketing background strongly
preferred - Strong English written and vocal communication and experience working with content
- Highly organized and ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical knowledge of HTML / CSS / JS / Online Marketing / IPN / API
- Capability to translate complex content in a comprehensive way, ensuring that all the necessary information is delivered
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Presenting as a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

This is what your onboarding will look like:
Before you start, we will provide you with all necessary working materials - including sending you office equipment, such as a laptop, to your home.
In order to better understand our product performance, you will spend your first weeks at Digistore24 in the Customer Happiness Team. The first two weeks you will assist us with end customer support, the third and fourth weeks with product approval.
Whether you start from your home office or move to one of our locations - our team will actively support you.
Can you recommend someone to us?
Then secure a referral commission of € 1,000. Your candidates should mention you by name in their applications. If a candidate has successfully passed the trial period, we will transfer your referral commission to your account.
