Affiliate Growth Manager
(FULLY REMOTE POSITION)
Digistore24 is seeking an innovative, experienced, and high-energy professional for the role of Affiliate Growth Manager. Someone who can create new relationships while maintaining assigned affiliate portfolios. Possesses the ability to develop new business from existing affiliates, retain current high volume affiliates, and seek new revenue-generating opportunities.
Success Criteria
We are looking for an outgoing, creative-thinking team player who displays knowledge within their specialty to represent Digistore24. The ideal employee would work closely with our Marketing, Customer Service, Compliance, Business Development, and Vendor Growth Management team to improve the affiliate experience. The Affiliate Growth Manager will exceed the expectation of long-lasting, trusting relationships with affiliates for maximized growth within the business.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and foster long-term relationships with a portfolio of affiliates
- Work closely with Affiliate Business Develop Manager to acquire and hand off high quality affiliates
- Collaborate with Sr. Affiliate Growth Manager and Director of Growth Management to ensure
strategy aligns with overall company goals and are executed in a timely manner - Forecast and track affiliate account growth
- Assist with challenging affiliate requests or issue escalations as needed
- Utilize Salesforce, our customer management software (CRM), have a flair for client
communication, and understand consumer behavior - Identify and initiate new opportunities to grow affiliate business through consistent touch points
and reach outs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Marketing highly preferred
- Experience utilizing customer management software; Salesforce preferred
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Ability to negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- 2-5 years in affiliate marketing
