Your new dream job
- Own the end-to-end design process, from ideation to final execution
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile
- Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and competitor analysis
- Maintain and expand the company's design system to ensure consistency across all platforms

Your superpower
- You are an ace coordinator with very good communication skills: you know how to effectively clarify feature requests and bugs with internal and external stakeholders
- Your status reports to stakeholders and upper management are clear and structured
- You know how to use your organizational skills in development: You obtain all information and define the complete product roadmap and all functions for development clearly and concisely. This is easy for you because you understand the world of developers and speak their language
- You are an all-rounder: you not only define the processes in advance, you also accompany the complete development of new features and their deployment in order to achieve the best possible result

So sieht dein typischer Tag bei Digistore24 aus:
Du startest in den Tag mit einer Tasse Kaffee und schaust dir dabei die nächste Lektion deines Fortbildungskurses an, den dein Vorgesetzter kürzlich genehmigt hat. Danach skizzierst du deinen Tagesablauf und die Tagesziele.
Es ist Zeit, die Fortschritte des Sprints zu checken und am Daily Team Call teilzunehmen. Die Entwickler berichten über ihre Fortschritte und Blocker und du stehst ihnen zur Seite, um bei unklaren Anforderungen oder Änderungen von Prioritäten zu helfen.
Im anschließenden Refinement-Call mit den Entwicklern, der Quality Assurance und den UX-Designern stellst du dem Team neue Feature Requests vor. Nach der Einschätzung der Entwickler aktualisierst du anschließend das Backlog.
Für die nächsten Stunden leistest du dir den Luxus und stellst alle Messenger ab, um fokussiert in dein Herzensprojekt abzutauchen: Zusammen mit dem Head of Marketing hast du eine Anfrage für ein Blog-Feature in unserer Software Coachannel definiert. Nun erstellst du den ersten Entwurf, schreibst die ersten User-Storys und priorisierst die Anforderung im Backlog. Dabei hilft dir die Produkt-Roadmap, die sich aus den Unternehmenszielen ableitet.
Puh, du liebst es, deine Produktvisionen zu verwirklichen, doch nachdem du den ganzen Vormittag in der Welt der Entwicklung verbracht hast, brauchst du deinen Ausgleich! Du gehst eine Runde joggen und triffst dich danach mit Freunden zum Lunch.
Zurück am Schreibtisch springst du in den Design-Call. Unsere Designerin stellt dir ihren Entwurf für ein neues Feature vor und gemeinsam tüftelt ihr an weiteren Verbesserungsideen, um das Produkt so anwenderfreundlich wie möglich zu gestalten.
Anschließend fasst du eure Ergebnisse zusammen und koordinierst sie in einem Call mit dem Dev-Team.
Kurz vor Feierabend entdeckst du eine Slack-Nachricht von unserer Eventmanagerin, die noch Angaben von dir zum anstehenden Team-Retreat braucht. Du wirst in ein neues Land reisen und dein internationales Team persönlich treffen!
Du stellst deinen Slack-Status auf „Abwesend“ und schaltest deine Bildschirme mit einem guten Gefühl aus: Du hast heute viel gelernt und dazu beigetragen, dass Hunderttausende KMU ihr Geschäft digitalisieren!
