We have several open positions as we are creating 2 new teams within our organization:
- Team "Analytics": The primary purpose of Team "Analytics" is to be able to provide proper and insightful data to our vendors and customers. This team will also deal with internal stakeholder dashboarding.
- Team "Plattform Usability & Growth": The primary purpose of this team is to enhance our company's product usability, improve customer satisfaction, and drive user engagement. The team will focus on optimizing the user experience across all levels of the platform, aiming to create intuitive and enjoyable interactions. Additionally, the team will implement front-end improvements and conduct split testing to ensure data-driven design decisions.

Architectural expertise: You excel in applying solid architecture principles and best practices, with a forward-thinking approach to designing scalable, efficient systems.
Product-driven focus: You align engineering efforts with product goals, driving development with a clear understanding of market needs and user impact.
Mentorship & team development: You are able to enhance and grow your team’s skills and expertise, fostering an environment that empowers learning and elevates performance.
Code simplification: You specialize in simplifying code and reducing complexity to enhance maintainability and efficiency, focusing on clean, well-structured code that adheres to best practices.
Extensive technology stack:
- Test-driven development with unit and integration tests (Jest, Jasmine, & Cypress)
- Extensive experience with Elasticsearch
- Previous experience in PHP with Symfony
- Experience working with asynchronous communication tools (e.g., messaging queues)
- Proven proficiency with Angular and Vue.js
- Expertise in TypeScript
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s)

Your onboarding

Before you start, we will provide you with all necessary working materials - including sending you office equipment, such as a laptop, to your home.

You’ll receive on-the-job onboarding and all the support you need to be successful! From day one, you will tackle real-life problems hands-on to learn about our code and software. We will provide coding sessions and code reviews to build our collective knowledge.
